Update for all Victoria Chamber Orchestra supporters, ticket holders and audience members:
Given the ongoing uncertainties with COVID, we are delaying our all-Beethoven concert, originally scheduled for April 17/20, until the 2021-2022 season.
We have reached the difficult decision to suspend our season-ticket sales for the 2020-21 season. We are planning to offer concerts featuring socially distanced smaller ensembles, a select number of audience members, and live streaming to reach the wider music community.
To start the season, Maestro Yariv Aloni is planning a new concert program of string serenades on Friday October 16/20, 7:30 PM at First Metropolitan United Church. We will be in touch with you about this concert several weeks in advance, and we hope you can join us!
Thank you for your support and patience as we negotiate the current COVID era.
Yours truly,
Don Kissinger
President, Victoria Chamber Orchestra
